Telemetry totals

Each Merran server whose admin turns telemetry on sends one anonymous summary a day. These are the totals, worked out each night. Most admins leave it off, so read them as a floor, not a count of everyone.

Servers offer it from 0.1.0-alpha.2, and the counting started on October 18, 2026. Anything fewer than five servers report is shown as “Other”. What's sent and what's kept, and the receiver's code.
